Be Your Own Naturpath

You are the only person in the world who really knows what makes your body happy! This week you will become friends with it again if you have drifted apart. In this workshop you are gifting yourself with a proper body check in done gently, kindly and from a loving place.


We are going to spend some time aligning our bodies for our retreat.  We will start by checking in with our physical, mental/emotional and spiritual bodies and acknowledging where we are as we start on our week of self nurture, Wonderment style.  Lucy will be talking through the mechanics of stress and how that manifests in our health and will be giving you space for reflection and thought.  We are also going to reflect on habits and things we might want to use this experience to let go of.


Depending on the group and how we are feeling, we may spend time talking about various aspects of health and your health concerns that you might want to share.  If not, I am available all week for private chats - it’s what we are all here for.

The second half of the workshop will focus on breath and breathing so that you can really get the most out of your yoga and movement classes this week.


You will need to be wearing your yoga gear as you will be doing some mat work (nothing more than very gentle stretches to open up the diaphragm that will be fully assisted with props).  Lucy will be moving round the room and adding in some fascia release to each retreater to help you breathe more deeply and release that upper body tension.
